Enduring (semi-virtual) Advisory

Ultimately effective and efficient – and affordable - Enduring Advisory is a new and unique* service offered only by L R Johnson, Inc. – Advisors to Management.

Enduring Advisory service allows clients to progressively improve their businesses at a pace at which they can absorb, understand and use as techniques for profit and growth enhancement. 

Specifically, clients are required to devote only a few hours per week working ON their businesses, while transitioning from working IN the business.   The investments of time and dollars are at a comfort level for most businesses.

The Enduring Advisory service is delivered through an effective combination of:

• Short periods of on-site work and
• Virtual provisions of deliverables

Training and implementation of processes, procedure and systems improvements are thus continuously monitored (virtually) and reinforced (on-site).  (The majority of deliverables are provided via telephone, internet, web video and/or digital media – CDs of master spreadsheet files and documents – thus reducing, or eliminating travel, lodging and per diem costs.)
